Amazing service! Kirill was on time, great price and did all of the work the same day. Really really impressed with how quickly he worked to get everything done, and with such high quality. We waited almost 4 years (wayyy too long) to reconfigure our internet setup that was plagued with slow speed and weird behavior. Coronavirus work-from-home prompted an urgent call to Kirill. Prompt, pleasant & professional, Kirill arrived just a few days after our request. He took a careful, stepwise approach and solved our issues very successfully and at a very reasonable price! Very pleased with the service, especially as Kirill Bally arrived with a fix from the outset without having to spend time studying the problem. He sealed the holes from the guy wire anchor mounts, made sure that the rooftop mount was secure (both the old one and the tripod), disposed of the rusted guy wires, and stayed until we made sure that we received all the channels we previously had - going up on the roof to make adjustments three times, going beyond his allotted time but not billing us for it. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and will recommend his services to friends.

I hired Krill to install a satellite on my roof and then to trouble shoot moving my modem to another room. The satellite install was easier then I had anticipated and while doing that they took down all the old dish wiring and the dish as well. I had a lot of old wiring and they cleaned all of that up along the way and found wiring to use to move my modem. It was not an easy fix, but they did a great job and my satellite works great and my modem is where it should have been all along!. I would definitely hire them again

Great! Very difficult job going between 2 attics. Kirill handled with the utmost skill and superior quality/attention to detail. We were thrilled when our internet and TV issues were finally solved!

Kirill did our work for us, he was on time, performed high quality work and was very professional. When he was done, our internet and TV still did not work. He spent an additional 2.5 hours troubleshooting with Comcast. At the end of the day it still did not work. Comcast came out the next day and got us going (our signal from the street was too strong due to recent Comcast installed cable). Kirill called me to check in to make sure our problem got solved. When I told him the results, he said it was something he should have anticipated and he refunded us the 2.5 hours he spent troubleshooting. The combination of professionalism and integrity that Kirill demonstrated is not often found these days, I recommend him

Kiril (owner) came out and worked like a dog for 9hrs. Got everything done right, everything looks professional and my house is gigabit end to end. I am a hero with my kids. His prices were fair, he does the work by himself (no subs) and he cares about doing it right. Highly recommended from me!

Kirill the lead technician was able to complete the work in half the time that he had originally calculated to complete the job AND come in under budget with the parts needed. He was professional, always called before coming to my home, and then arrived exactly when he said that he would arrive. While he was working in my home he was respectful and communicated the status of the job clearly.

Fantastic. My main computer went from around 120mB to well over 200 by having a wired connection rather than the wireless I've been using for years. He also noticed went under the house that I had a number of disconnected heating ducts that were actually now just vents to draw in cold air, so noticing that and suggesting a quick fix will probably save me many multiples per year in energy costs over what I spent to have him clean up & improve me whole-house Ethernet. He even thought enough to pull a cable port into a room where I will eventually need it, but I han not asked about having him do that while he was installing a wired ethernet port. Having him think about that and do it without my even asking will mean I don't have to pay him to come back and do that in the future.
